Yes. This is one of the things that sets me apart from the standard photographer. It’s hard to imagine, but many photographers do not take the time to learn these techniques and instead, they send photos over seas for editing which puts a barrier AND a time-delay on getting requests back. I have extensive experience with cutting-edge software and have the ability to do some amazing changes with images. It’s always best to have your property “photo-ready“ but I have the tools to help if that just can’t happen in time.

The use of AI in photo editing is a POWERFUL tool and is carefully applied when necessary. AI is an incredibly impressive cost-effective feature used in virtual twilights and Standard (economic) virtual staging.

Photographer retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and accompanied by additional licensing fees.

Your real estate photo package includes a non-transferable license for MLS marketing and related promotion (such as your website, social media, email, and printed listing materials) for as long as you hold the active listing. Once the property closes or the listing changes hands, the license expires and images must be relicensed or a new shoot scheduled.

To keep things simple: image licenses apply only to the original client and cannot be transferred to another agent or third party. For example, if a homeowner later hires a different agent, that agent would need to obtain their own license to use the images. The same applies if images are requested by builders, designers, landscapers, or other vendors involved with the project.
