Airbnb’s program typically involves a waiting period to be matched with a photographer, followed by platform-only image delivery. Airbnb’s stated waiting period for photos is 8 days.

    When you book directly with me, you schedule immediately, receive your photos within 24–48 hours, and retain full usage rights: meaning you can use your images across Airbnb, VRBO, your website, social media, and future STR listings.

  • No. Airbnb-provided photography is licensed for use on Airbnb only.

    If you plan to list on multiple platforms (which most successful hosts do), hiring your own photographer ensures your images can be used everywhere, now and in the future.

  • Most shoots can be scheduled within a few days, depending on location and property size. For best results, scheduling early ensures flexibility with timing and lighting conditions.
