Airbnb’s program typically involves a waiting period to be matched with a photographer, followed by platform-only image delivery. Airbnb’s stated waiting period for photos is 8 days.
When you book directly with me: you schedule immediately, receive your photos within 24–48 hours, and retain your own usage rights: meaning you can use your images across Airbnb, VRBO, your website, social media, and future STR listings. On Airbnb, you are limited to use the photos you’ve obtained through them, on their site only.
